standard rubber conveyor belt
Standard rubber conveyer belts can withstand temperatures from – 15 ℃to 50 ℃, which is suitable for conveying normal temperature non-corrosive block, granular, and powder materials. The structure layer is made of high-quality heavy duty cotton canvas or nylon or polyester cotton canvas. The minimum thickness of the top cover rubber is 3.0mm, and that of the bottom cover rubber is 1.5mm.
Cold-Resistant conveyor belt
The belt core is selected from cotton canvas, nylon canvas, or polyester canvas. The cover rubber is a combination of natural rubber and cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, which has high elasticity, impact resistance, cold resistance, and other characteristics, and can be used normally under an environment of minus 40 ℃. This type of belt is suitable for transporting materials in cold-regions or frozen warehouses.
Hot-Resistant conveyor belt
This type can convey material ranges from 70-180℃ for block-shaped materials and 70-150℃ for powdered materials. This type of belt is characterized by excellent high-temperature resistance and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for the transportation of high-temperature bulk materials. It is mainly used for the transportation of coke and sintered products in medium and low-temperature conveying lines. The thickness of the covering rubber is generally 4.5mm for the top layer and 1.5mm for the bottom layer.
Heat-Resistant conveyor belt TS1
This conveyor belt can transport materials at temperatures ranging from 200-400℃, with a surface tolerance of 60-400℃. The working surface of the belt is composed of a base fabric layer overlaid with a special heat-resistant material, which utilizes a unique formula to prevent carbonization and from flaking off. This belt is designed for transporting high-temperature materials such as sintered products, coke, iron ore fines, and hot cement clinker. The top cover thickness is generally 10mm, while the bottom cover thickness is 3mm.
Heat-Resistant conveyor belt TS2
This conveyor belt is capable of transporting materials at temperatures ranging from 200-600℃, with a surface that can withstand temperatures between 60-600℃. The strong layer adopts a metal spiral mesh as the entire belt core, which is heat-resistant, high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant, and tear-resistant, making it suitable for material transport in various industrial and mining environments. The cover rubber thickness is generally 6-10mm on the top and 3mm on the bottom.
Manufacturing of Rubber Conveyor Belt
We adhere to the most advanced production processes to manufacture high-quality rubber conveyor belt products for our customers. Our production process includes:
Raw material pre-processing: Rubber, reinforcing materials, and other auxiliary materials are mixed in certain proportions, and appropriate amounts of additives, catalysts, and anti-aging agents are added. The mixing process requires strict control of temperature, pressure, and time to ensure uniform mixing and meet manufacturing requirements.
Fabric manufacturing: The reinforcing material is processed into fabric, usually using materials such as cotton, polyester, and nylon. During the manufacturing process, these fabrics are stretched to increase their strength and durability.
Coating and belt forming: The mixed rubber is coated onto the fabric, and then flattened using a calender machine. Multiple layers of fabric and rubber are coated and flattened multiple times until a rubber belt is formed.
Processing and shaping: The rubber belt is sent to a shaping machine to form the desired length, width, and pattern according to customer requirements. After shaping, the belt is cut to the desired length.
Vulcanization: The rubber belt is sent into a vulcanization chamber and subjected to high temperature and high pressure treatment, which results in the vulcanization cross-linking of the material, thereby enhancing its strength and wear resistance.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment is performed on the vulcanized conveyor belt, including polishing, cutting, punching, and adhesive processes.
Inspection and quality control: Quality inspection of the produced conveyor belt includes testing for appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, tensile strength, wear resistance, and other indicators, to ensure that the product meets the relevant standards and customer requirements.
Packaging and delivery: The products that pass the quality inspection are packaged and arranged for delivery.
