Introduction
As the core and key component of a vertical roller mill, the grinding roller is directly involved in the grinding of materials, so it is most vulnerable to wear. Therefore, when manufacturing the grinding roll, the roll sleeve is generally made of integral wear-resistant alloy casting (high chromium cast iron or nickel hard cast iron) or composite wear-resistant surfacing welding, so as to improve the wear-resistance and service life of the roll body and grinding disc. AGICO can select the most suitable grinding roll manufacturing scheme for customers according to their requirements.

Introduction
The grinding plate is one of the key components of the vertical roller mill, which is mainly composed of resistance ring, lining plate, base, and so on. Its main function is to support the material bed and transmit the force generated by the grinding roll to the reducer at the lower part. It also transmits the torque of the reducer to the grinding area. The grinding plate and the air duct form an annular chamber, from which the air flows out and enters the grinding chamber through the ventilation ring.
Product Features
1. Optimize the casting technology and adopt the sodium silicate sand molding process to make the force on the base of the grinding plate uniform, increase the bite angle between the grinding plate and the grinding roller, and avoid the erosion of the non-wear-resistant surface of the grinding plate;
2. The advanced machining equipment is used to conduct arc air gouging and tile polishing on the grinding plate to ensure a high surface finish of the vertical grinding plate;
3. Before leaving the factory, NDT shall be carried out on the stress surface to ensure that the internal and external quality of the grinding plate meets the quality standards;

Introduction
The hub installed on the roll shaft is the key component of the grinding roll assembly, and its quality will directly affect the working state and efficiency of the vertical roller mill. The conical structure design is usually adopted between the roller sleeve and the hub to facilitate later maintenance and disassembly.

Introduction
The rocker arm device is mainly composed of the upper rocker arm, the lower rocker arm, the rocker arm shaft, bearing, and bearing seat. The upper rocker arm is used to install the grinding roll, the lower rocker arm is connected to the hydraulic system, and the two rocker arms are connected as a whole through the shaft, taper sleeve, and taper pin.
