Key Equipment in AAC Block Manufacturing
Our AAC Block Manufacturing Plant Solution is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to ensure the highest quality products. The key equipment used in an AAC block production line includes the ball mill, bucket elevator, mixer, pouring machine, automatic cutting machine, and autoclave.
Ball Mill
The ball mill is a key equipment used for grinding crushed materials into fine powder. It is essential for preparing the raw materials for the AAC block production process, ensuring consistent quality and optimal particle size.

Mixer
A mixer is a high-performance machine used for mixing raw materials with water, cement, and lime to form a uniform slurry. It ensures that the mix is consistent, homogenous, and ready for casting.

Moulds
Our moulds are designed to produce high-quality, precise, and uniform AAC blocks. They are made of high-quality materials that ensure durability and resistance to wear and tear.

Wire Cutting Machine
The wire cutting machine is used for cutting the AAC block into precise sizes and shapes, ensuring the final product meets the required specifications.

Overturning Hoist Machine
Our overturning hoist machine is used for demoulding the AAC block from the moulds, ensuring the blocks maintain their shape and quality.

Autoclaves
Our autoclave is a key piece of equipment that cures the freshly casted AAC blocks under high pressure and temperature, ensuring they achieve the desired strength and quality before they are ready for use.

AAC Block Production Process

AAC blocks are a lightweight, fire-resistant, and energy-efficient building material that can be used in various construction projects. Our AAC block production line solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability. The general production process of AAC blocks includes:
Raw Materials Preparation: The raw materials used in AAC block production include cement, lime, fly ash, water, and aluminum powder. These materials are proportionally mixed to form a slurry.
Mixing and Pouring: The slurry is mixed with aluminum powder, which creates a chemical reaction that causes the mixture to expand and form bubbles. The resulting mixture is then poured into molds of desired size and shape.
Pre-Curing: The poured molds are then placed in a pre-curing chamber for 1-2 hours. This allows the mixture to partially harden, making it easier to remove from the mold.
Cutting: After pre-curing, the blocks are removed from the molds and cut to the desired size using a wire cutting machine. The blocks are then stacked on pallets and moved to the autoclave.
Autoclaving: The blocks are placed in an autoclave, a high-pressure vessel where they undergo a curing process under steam and high pressure. This process helps to strengthen the blocks and also makes them more durable.
Packaging and Storage: After autoclaving, the blocks are dried and inspected for quality. The blocks are then packaged and stored in a dry place until they are ready to be transported to the construction site.
